Registration
All musicians must to go to the office in Vulcan Street to pick up their wristbands and programs (the separate venue managers will not have them).
Extra opportunities for musos
Additional busking and cafe performances are on offer.
If you are interested in busking or playing in cafes during the festival (BYO equipment), please contact us by email. We Know of several cafes and a pub, additional to those in the formal scheduled program, who will happily offer a spot to acoustic groups or bands supplying their own PA & equipment where needed.
Musician's partners & parents discounted weekend passes
We are a community based, not for profit festival, run by a volunteer committee. We fund the festival primarily on ticket sales and musicians registration fees. Musicians’ partners and parents are required to purchase tickets for performances in ticketed venues, we do offer discounted tickets:
Adult musicians receive one discounted weekend pass each (at $48) for their partner.
School musicians receive two discounted weekend passes each (at $48 each) for their parents/carers.
Purchasing a ticket is helping to keep this festival and the music alive. We hope that you will understand.
Gather at Apex Park at 10.00 am, for a 10.30 am start.
Disabled musicians can hitch a parade ride
Good news for musicians wanting to participate in the parade but unsure whether they can walk the distance!
A small trailer towed by one of the veteran cars will be available at the back of the parade, so hop on and enjoy!
